We deliver packages from your apartment’s package room directly to your door.

How Do I schedule a pickup?
Just click “Book Your Pickup” on our website. Fill in your details, select your delivery option, and submit your request. We'll handle the rest!
How much does it cost?
We offer several flexible options:
Single Pickup: Starting at $5 per package
Unlimited Monthly Plan: Just $50/month for unlimited deliveries under 20 lbs. or $149/ Month for unlimited deliveries up to 20lbs.
Prepaid Packages: Buy 5, 10, or 20 pickups in advance and save
How fast will my package be delivered?
We offer 3 options:
Standard: Within 24 hours
Same-Day: Within 4–6 hours (+$2)
Express: Within 1–2 hours (+$5)
Delivery time depends on your plan and building access.
What apartment buildings do you serve?

How do I pay?
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe as well as Paypal at checkout. Subscription customers are billed automatically each month.
Do I need to be home to receive my package?
Nope. Just let us know where to safely leave your delivery (e.g., at your door, with concierge, etc.). You’ll get a notification once it’s delivered.

Express Lift (1–2 hrs.) +$8Covers up to 2 packages / 20 lbs. total. Extra boxes = +$3 each. Over 20 lbs. = base tier + $8.Urgent delivery within 1–2 hours. Package must be ready now.
Same Day Boost (4–6 hrs.) +$4Covers up to 2 packages / 20 lbs. total. Extra boxes = +$3 each. Over 20 lbs. = base tier + $4.Guaranteed delivery same day, within 4–6 hours.
After Hours / Weekend +$25 Always stacks on top of base tier. For evenings, weekends, holidays.
Fragile Care Handling +$10 Applies to any package size. Special care for fragile items.
Multiple Package Drop +$3Per extra package, added to the base tier price. Example: 1 Pro XL ($40) + 2 extras ($3×2) = $46.
Express Lift Delivery within 1–2 hours +$8
covering up to 2 packages and 20 lbs. total.
Extra Boxes: Add $3 per package (same as your “Multiple Package Drop” rule).
Over 20 lbs. If they choose Express and the package is over 20 lbs. charge the next tier base fee (Lift Pro XL at $40) + $8 Express fee.
👉 Example:
1 small package = $13 + $8 = $21
2 small packages = $13 + $3 + $8 = $24
Oversized 25 lb package = $40 + $8 = $48
After- Hours: Delivery after 6 PM or weekends +$5
Rule: Still follows your chosen tier.
Example: If it’s a Lift Pro XL ($40) delivery after 9 PM, total = $40 + $5.
👉 This one should always stack on top of your base weight/size pricing.
Fragile Care For fragile or oversized handling +$8
Rule: Still tied to weight/size tier.
Example: Standard Delivery ($13) + Fragile Handling ($5) = $18.
👉 You don’t need a separate weight limit — fragile can apply to anything, just add the surcharge.
Multiple Drop Add extra packages on same trip + $6
Rule: Charge base tier for the heaviest package + $3 per extra package.
Example:
1 box (6 lbs) = Lift Plus ($20)
+2 smaller boxes = $20 + ($3 × 2) = $26
If 1 box is 25 lbs = Lift Pro ($30) + ($3 × extras).
👉 That way, your tier pricing handles weight, and the $3 charge handles quantity
All deliveries are priced by weight/size tier. Add-ons are optional and stack on top. Express and Same Day cover up to 2 packages / 20 lbs. Extra packages are $3 each. Oversized items follow the correct tier plus any add-ons.
